I'm an associate software engineer at Simple Logic IT in Mumbai, working on ConnexxIQ, a customer engagement tool. I sit in client meetings, run POCs, and turn what I hear into features that get built.

I come from a full-stack and applied AI background. That means I can read the code, talk to engineers in their own language, and build a quick prototype when words are not enough.

I care about results more than the number of features shipped. I like fixing the whole workflow before polishing one small part. And when AI acts for a user, a person should always be able to step in.

What I work on

My main product right now.

ConnexxIQ, a customer engagement tool at Simple Logic IT

I don't only write specs. I'm in the room with clients, and I'm in the product too. I listen to what clients need, test ideas with them, and change the product to fit.

Top features
Built some of the product's most important features.
Client meetings and POCs
Joined client meetings and presentations, and ran proofs of concept to test ideas early.
Product changes
Worked out what clients really needed and changed the product to match.
Positioning
Changed how the product is positioned overall.

How I think about software & products

Three short notes.

Knowing the tech makes me a better engineer

When I know what an API can return, how the data is stored, and where an AI model gets things wrong, my requirements leave less to guess. Engineers ask fewer questions, and the team trusts the spec from day one.

Fix the whole system, not one corner

In business software, things move faster with fewer steps in a workflow, sensible caching, and background jobs that don't make users wait. A cleverer algorithm rarely helps as much. Simplify first, and tune one part only when the numbers show it is the problem.

Keep a human in the loop

People at work trust an AI agent when they can see what it did, undo it, and know it was tested against clear benchmarks. Limits, override buttons, and evaluations are product features, and someone needs to own them.
